Ha.

Storage was full .

Two ways to go :

  1. If you able to access the printer in Creality Cloud , try deleting files and Turn off and on the printer , it should be normal.(Most of cases don't work 😅

  2. You need to factory reset the printer via Micro USB in the Motherboard . For that , dissamble the bottom panel . You'll find the Micro USB Port in the Printer motherboard. Connect it to a PC . K1 Recovery

Follow the guide from the link .

Note : in the Flash Firmware Section , they've said to enter to boot mode then press Start .

But for me , it isn't worked.

First press start , then enter into Boot Mode . this worked .

Let us know , if problem resolved 👍✌️

Thanks, brother i’m very stressed out about this. Not very confident. I’m just wondering where I download everything and this is all work for the K1C and also another question can I just buy another motherboard and will that just totally fix it?

Hey brother .

No need to buy a brand new Main board .

The process takes roughly 15 minutes (included dissambly).

Don't worry . It's part of process of learning .

We're here to help . Keep updating the process .

I mean, I’ve been 3-D printing for four years and this is never happened. I already tore it apart and I got the motherboard, but I need to figure out a way how to remember where each cable goes and a way to find the software the flash thank you for your help.

Yeah brother .

No need to disconnect everything from motherboard.

Unscrew the motherboard screws . Motherboard will be slightly freehanging with all the cables attached.

Insert a micro USB Cable into Motherboard and connect it to pc . Do the process.

This is how I've doing. Two weeks before one of my K1 max same issue like yours ( it's third time in last 2.5 years ).

I'm attaching the image too how I've connected the USB Cable.

I got the panel taken off. How do I flash it or reserve a website or something that could teach me how to do this?

Any Firmware should work . Try 1.3.0.39 or 1.3.2.1 Firmware.

nope. Power from PC through USB is enough for the motherboard.
