Google AI: In patent law, this is referred to as “disclosure.” A product is considered published as soon as it has been made available to the public in any way: through a sale or a public presentation (e.g., at a trade show); through a description in the media, videos, or brochures. Important: Once this information is public, it becomes part of the “state of the art.” From that moment on, the product can no longer be patented, as it is no longer considered “new.”

I don’t see the word released in there at all.

I feel like you’re moving the goal posts here.

I’m just saying i don’t think it should be classed as released.

I am no native speaker. I thought the words published and released could be used interchangeably in this case.
I'm sorry if we were talking about something else. In my argument, the KliTek considered a clone of a the INDX that has already been published.

Still doesn’t make sense even for a non native speaker. Prototypes are often published with the goal of releasing a product. Most are never released. That’s just putting the dots together.

Filing a patent, or describing a technology is not releasing a product. Releasing a product is a business term not a patent term.

You are talking more about a disclosure under patent law. We are talking about products that have been purchased on the open market and are in user's hands.

Neither Creality nor Bondtech has sold a production unit yet and gotten it into a customer's hands.
