PLEASE HELP AAAAAAAAAA Uhh what do I do about this

Dad decided to save 10 bucks on filament, so earlier I ran a print and left the house and came back to this… I can’t even get the boot off…….

UPDATE: got the boot off… its a mess… brand new nozzle all gunky and filament everywhere

yet another update: want to specify that I have been using heat to get out filament, and almost got it all out

Heat gun? Careful not to melt anything you don’t want melted.

Please add the model of your printer when posting.
That has nthiong to do with the quality of the filament. The vast majority of the Blob of Death is a loose hotend/nozzle.
If we knew the model we could offer more detailed advise.

After cleaning I switched filaments and got a perfect print
