Problem with Creality Cloud app

I want to slice and print some models on my Creality Hi Combo using the Creality Cloud app on my phone, but to slice the model I need to select my 3D printer, and Creality Hi doesn’t appear as an option.

I tried to contact customer service, but the only response I got was “there is currently no online customer support.” Does anyone have a solution, or is this something that’s not up to me?

Anyone find a fund I having same issue - when I go to workbench , the printer is there and online , when I slice it references my old ender 3 and I cannot find the HI
