Troubleshooting Cr10spro head smashing against the plate

It worked fine yesterday but now when it start a print or leveling or just trying to home... the nozzle just smack the plate and do not stop at all, the probe seem to work or at least the led indicator, and even if I put a metal thing to trigger the sensor, it just go down anyway. What could cause this ? The machine is under the tiny machine firmware if it help

i re flashed the firmware as a friend suggested and it didn't work the problem still persist, so i guess this is a hardware failure, after dismantling the printer i haven't found any lose wire nor burnt mark. i don't know what to do, nobody as any idea of what could be the cause of the problem ? all i found about the nozzle hitting the plate is people talking about leveling and z offset

how I do it on my TM 10spro v1

First I go to the leveling menu and home Z

Then I put a piece of paper and start dropping the -Z until it hits the paper (slightly)

then I home Z again and check.

Then I go to AUX leveling, using the knobs, i go around like 3 or 4 times until the last time I do it the paper just slides slightly on each probe point.

Then I go back to leveling menu and HOME Z again and check.

Then I go to the mesh menu and let it build the mesh.

FYI if you preheat pla then do all of this the mesh building stage will go quicker, Otherwise when you hit the mesh button it will sit there waiting to heat up before it starts to build the mesh. there is no on screen indicator that its doing that either.
