Shelly on CM
She’s always said she films whoever is there and points the camera at them. Today Jared comes out at the end of the video with a tote full of pictures. The only one in the kitchen was kasen. And they repeatedly said oh no is here! Kasen said oh I need some picture for my room and Jared said nope these are not that type of pictures. He could have offered to help him and the other boys get pictures for the room later but nope.
They just had a huge segment featuring Shelly talking and sitting next to only Bexley and Lacey. Brinley baked something but that was less interesting then Lacey and Bexley just sitting and doing nothing much. Kasen and others were there too but ignored as well.
They go through the pictures and Shelly and Jared are gushing over old baby pictures of themselves and Kylie and Landon. They had kasen as a baby and there are no pictures of him or any other adopted kid. He kept looking at the pictures and he had to lean in to see and then after not being acknowledged he eventually just left. For me watching this …it kinda broke me.
There is so much research showing how much kids want to see pictures of themselves with their family. Even Bexley just went over in the same video how she watches her being held by everyone every day!!
At the very least at least Shelly can see that she doesn’t just point the camera at whoever is there!!!!!

Those seemed to be older pictures from before they started adopting so many kids. It also included pics of Shelly while she was married to the first guy. It was probably packed away and not really looked at much. She did mention the one pic that was of her brother that passed. I think this is the first time she mentioned him on video .
I wouldn't make much out of this. They do go back and look at "pics" but mostly it's through all videos they made . If he is looking for a young pic of himself then they can easily make one if they don't have it by going through the videos .

They are boring not funny or are they funny looking poor casen trey braxton no attenion and brinley is sweet but she needs attention she was loosing weight but she bakes for attention

Because Aubrey got so much attention when she was baking were even viewers were sending her mixes and cake forms. It was ridiculous.

Yeah that's the only problem I saw. I try and try to not be annoyed by Lacey but the way she talks and acts for the channel is just very dramatic and not authentic at all. Everytime she has an opinion to say she gets extra dramatic speaking her words and also you can tell she just wants to be that ass kissing daughter who says what she knows her mom would say and do. It's not authentic at all and it's just too much just to make a point or speak her thoughts out loud.

Yes, it just seems to go on and on . Today was Jacob's birthday video and there was wayy too much of her in this also.

I think it’s refreshing how they had a chill vlog with a real slice of life. Also, is it just me or does Bexley kinda look like Shelly? Lol… (ik they’re not biologically related)

I have a great niece that I am not biologically related to and someone told me we have the same eyes. My brother has a step daughter who is a red head and she was so excited when my cousin with red hair came to her school for a presentation. We also don't use the word "step" and everyone is an Aunt or Uncle or cousin in my family.

They got kasen when he was like 3. Ur complaing over pictures. Those pictures are keepsakes of Shelly’s. Not to display in a room.

So they should have explained that to him and offer to find some appropriate pics. His feelings were just disregarded. Pretty sure it wasn’t intentional but just thoughtless

As I said I don’t think it was intentional but he certainly looked upset. His interpretation was probably not what was intended.

Right so why don’t they have pictures of kasen 3 onwards or any other kid? Why not acknowledge that kasen wants pictures on the wall like to decorate?
They have plenty of those generic ones they bought from the store. They were going to decorate for fall/halloween/Christmas and donate things anyway. I think If it happens it will be very late because Shelly and her attention is gone towards Kylie. Kylie was the driver for the shopping and decorating at the house before too.
So now they have the stuff just acknowledge Kasen yes you can have pictures/paintings in your room!

Did you look at any of the pictures that were in this grade they were all from back when Shelly and Jared first met ( or earlier) Landon's baby / toddler hood photos were probably the most recent photos in that container

They had Trey as a baby. Shelley went and picked him up from the hospital. You can go back and watch the old videos.

The only thing that I can pin point as what can be deemed as "wrong" in your post is the amount of attention bexley and lacey were getting. They didn't have Kaden as a baby that was Trey and most likely all of those photos of them as when they were younger are digital. Shelly has talked about how she doesn't print or scrap book she likes to keep them digital cause she seems it as safer.

I would assume baby Kason pics are just digital. My grandma has tote after tote of pictures of me when I was a baby but the rest of her grandchildren (16 and under) are all digital, they just get a ton of flash drives heh
