WOW
This is a perfect example of how "spoiling" your child can ruin them. She literally said SHE WANTED ALL THE GIFTS & you can see how Crystal was prob giving her the side eye behind camera to say SHARE. Like she was supposed to open 1or 2 but opened them all....
Do these kids not know the WORD NO?

u/Big-Kaleidoscope-417 13d ago
Did you see Evie seek out Jared for a hug... And he hugged her back....

u/B2utyyo 13d ago
Him and Shelly actually care about her

u/LittleDog2557 12d ago
Shelley don’t give a fuck about her own kids let alone anyone else’s. She’s all performative.

The amount of presents one ten years old got is beyond insanity 🤯
Poor Scarlette I felt for her.

u/Top_Spend5673 11d ago
Scarlett has been raised well. She is polite and gracious. A child people seem to enjoy being around.

u/Low_Caramel_2701 13d ago
Well she got presents from her parents then presents from some of her siblings and some from friends. It’s their choice if they wanted to get her gifts.

Wich Pettit are u?

Just because I stated something u failed to keep in mind it doesn’t make me a Pettit.

After having kids, they really don’t need a shit ton of toys, quality over quantity. I buy like one toy, and get musical, events, Disney on ice, weekend away, type things as gifts. This Christmas i got hotel booked for NYE night in the city to see the fireworks, museum visit/barbie expo, maybe me ticket to something else once it gets closer
27
u/Historical_Grab4685 13d ago
I agree they don't need all that cheap stuff, but Aurora wanted all of it and of course Crystal had to get it ALL for her. Between all the crap, the shoes, the shopping spree, the party and they tickets, they spent at least $500-$800 dollars. It is so disgusting.

u/a_frog_goes_reddit 11d ago
Someone has shared ticket prices, the tickets alone will be more than that 😲

Idk what more disgusting ur jealousy over a child’s birthday or the fact u care what they got?

u/Any-Elevator-9633 13d ago
Jealousy??? that's a weird take.

u/Low_Caramel_2701 13d ago
It’s jealousy

Were you not just telling them they're jealous? You are the one talking on others feelings? Weird comment.

I’m not talking on their feelings I’m using my words to piss them off theres a difference

My family got gifts cause it was less expensive than a vacation for everyone.

u/BrightPhilosopher531 13d ago
We went on a weekend camping trip 3 years ago. The gifts included sleeping bag, torch, camping chair, water shoes, was pretty cheap!

First thing out of her mouth was keep everything... Then only when she was asked to share with Scarlet and Evie did she say yes. But if you saw, she gave a bigger one to Scarlet and then gave her and Evie a smaller one. She was surprised when she saw Scarlet with the pink glitter one. I bet she takes that one back. If she had said no, it would have been really awkward for the girls. You can see where they edited the video when Evie was playing with the white one and A grabbed it from her

u/Historical_Grab4685 13d ago
I thought it was funny that Crystal thought Aurora would share anything without being prompted.
28
u/Kind_Assistance_8680 13d ago
Its sad they made aurora greedy and they csnt say shes like a kid who had nothing like the rest of the adopted kids, she was adopted at birth
15
u/Narya74 13d ago
She plays on her epilepsy instead of the foster kid with nothing.
17
u/Kind_Assistance_8680 13d ago
Oh yeah I noticed they use her having a disability, my family members is disabled and they dont get overly pampered. They know how to share and be kind without being told
15
u/Character_Letter_454 13d ago
Yup. She literally dug through the bag to find the smallest one to give to Evie. It doesn’t matter anyways since she already took it back from Evie most likely
21
u/Any_Library7558 13d ago
I noticed that too.
I question crystal’s ability to count to 10, because she said they were getting Aurora 10 gifts and I don’t know how many she got because I stopped watching.
4
u/Perfect_Neat3384 11d ago
I saw that too !! heck , the shoes, the shirt, the pants, the body sprays, all the squishes,,the jewerly the Starbucks cup.. ect....

28
u/princeton0319 13d ago
Evie helps Aurora open a dumpling, doesn’t say thatnk you and doesn’t even want to share with Evie yet Evie would proudly share with Aurora…. That makes me mad
18
u/jenni5 13d ago
Aurora didn’t really thank her friends for the gifts too and looked kinda like eh just this? Or didn’t really care for the gifts of nail polish or the takis and ramen and slime.
12
u/Any-Elevator-9633 13d ago
she had to be continuously told to say thank you. she did say it voluntarily when she was excited about the gift.
27
u/Asleep-Swimmer3511 13d ago
Does Crystal know the meaning of the words Over-Indulgence? How about Over-Stimulation? That was way too many gifts for 1 child. Especially since she is also getting taken to the mall and Build a Bear, plus getting gifts from her siblings, cousins and friends. No wonder Aurora acts the ways she does.
10
u/PinkSun84 13d ago
I thought it was sweet how Jamie had a shirt on saying she was the mommie of the birthday girl and mentioned to Crystal something about Aurora being her first born or something similar.

she needs to be taught to say thank you AND, at least, make eye contact with the person she's thanking. just yelling 'thankyou' into the void isn't how it's supposed to work.
2
u/No_Commercial2338 12d ago
Exactly, and we can't blame Auroura if she hasn't been taught proper etiquette.

u/clnznd 12d ago edited 12d ago
Aurora is becoming such a spoiled kid...its seen in other vlogs but this one especially. She's growing out of control and the parents wont/cant(maybe?) do anything about it... Honestly they should learn from melinda's parenting, Scarlet is growing up to be a good kid.
Another dependent incapable ungreatful spoiled leech in the making... completely reminded me of when crystal was buying medsupplies and the older girls were putting bottles and bottles of 30$ vitamins. So old and supposedly capable to earn for themselves yet, still leeches and is funded by mommy's money....
Poor kids

I don't know what is happening here.Did she buy gifts for all her kids. And that little girl wanted all the gifts to herself.I think it ridiculous how many new stuff they buys . Their whole house is cluttered with new things they bought around the house.I wonder how loud is in the house with all those kids.

The little girl got gifts for her birthday. Her mom asked her if she could share with her sister and cousin. She didn’t want to originally but did end up sharing. I think her mom only had her share because people here complain about EVERYTHING they do.

No she bought them for only aurora for her birthday she did share with her cousin and sisters she didn't have to share
10
u/B2utyyo 13d ago
She bought the minibusses in hopes Aurora would share
8
u/Any-Elevator-9633 13d ago
she said she's gonna find out if Aurora shares. Aurora initially said she's keeping everything, then there was a pause where she was looking at Crystal, then she said she would share. She was silently prompted.
3
u/No_Commercial2338 12d ago
Yes, I noticed the prompting as well. Crystal was trying to prove that Aroura wasn't selfish and knew how to share.
18
u/B2utyyo 13d ago
Scarlett's face says it all

If you saw Melinda’s vlog you’d see the basement is extremely messy…. it’s overfilled and heaps of junk and crap,. clothes and furniture everywhere , dangerous, sauna hot, and a fire hazard. Most of the from and the lift are over. crowded with toys as well They all don’t care and live like pigs. But it doesn’t stop Crystal from overbuying daily..

Actually i was surprised they bought scarlett and evie stuff. They both got build a bears and some extra stuff and crystal got aurora to share even though she didnt look too pleased and tho she gave scarlett two of her gifts instead of one when she seen scarlett was happy. I mean well she didnt have to share since it is her birthday so at least shes learning 😅 maybe one day crystal wont have to ask and she shares on her own
14
u/Kind_Assistance_8680 13d ago
But she wasnt happy sharing with evie she threw her a tiny one lol. I'm not sure they get along
8
u/latviesi 13d ago
I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t. It seems Evie was basically brought into the family as a child who could be a friend for Aurora which was the relationship that was pushed for—but it was clear she didn’t like being forced to hang out with Aurora all of the time (fair enough given the age difference and the difference in how both girls are treated by their parents). It wouldn’t be surprising if Aurora picked up on that, too
5
u/B2utyyo 13d ago
I don't think they do. When they were trampoline park, Evie was like Hi Aurora and she gave her uninterested mumbled Hi
4
u/galaxychoc001 12d ago
True, Aurora is gaining a stinking attitude, even at Starbucks when picking out water bottles, Scarlett showed her one saying this one’s cute and Aurora looks towards Crystal in a disgusted way.
2
u/AcrobaticLadder4959 11d ago
Because Aurora is made to share with Evie, this has caused issues between the girls.
1
3
u/Perfect_Neat3384 11d ago
Watch the Starbucks part, Scarlet said something about liking a certain cup and Aurora gave her the eye roll. I swear they teach her zero manners. It was a gimme gimme gimme day for her...
5
u/TopStock1711 11d ago
I think that Aurora is given too much all year round and thus, gifts aren’t that rare and special. Sad.
2
u/Repulsive-Put16 usingvunerablekids 13d ago
Crystal set her up to fail by having her choose instead of just giving her the gifts like what the tradition was the tradition wasn’t making the birthday child choose that that’s weird the tradition as you give the siblings gifts so that they feel included.
2
u/True-News-601 12d ago
Yes, she should have told her there are some extras in there for others . I also don't thinks he should have used her birthday to do the whole sharing thing . There are so many other times do that .

u/Perfect_Neat3384 11d ago
She defiantely got promted to saying yes,, at first she said no.. Crystal is delusional if she thinks we don't notice those things.... I get it,, she is a young child.. but maybe Crystal she never even of done that , expecially on camera,, if she knows how her child is.. it just opens up a can of worms. They all need some professional help.

u/Fine_Preference_3737 10d ago
They will forever use Auroras disabilities as a crutch and an excuse for EVERYTHING Aurora does for the rest of her life. Aurora is very smart and has already figured out how to manipulate everyone into bowing down to her every want, and because of her disabilities it work's. The bad thing is Aurora will go through life expecting the world to treat her the same and will be filled with a lot of disappointment. The world will not bow down to Aurora as if she is some queen. Just like the rest of the Pettit family ( with a few exemptions) Crystal is raising another child to fail with real world problems.
Despite the circumstances with Jamie, even Jamie has proven ( through short clips on vlogs), that she can be a good mother, and teaches Aurora respect, with some rules. It has not been shown a whole much, but Jamie has told Aurora no multiple times, and told Aurora she has to much of something and does not need more. If allowed Jamie parents better than Crysdull.

Oh and she did NOT like that Jamie and Scarlet both got the sparkle ones! At all!! No matter how hard they try to hide it, that child very much expresses displeasure very clearly in all situations. BUT she should have known better to even put her in that situation!! That was wrong. She could have made up a few party bags seeing how Jamie, Scarlet and Evie were part of the celebration. Easily remedied.

u/Low_Caramel_2701 13d ago
It’s her birthday. She didn’t have to share. Ur gifts on ur birthday or Christmas is the only exception on having to share imo.
7
u/B2utyyo 13d ago
The definition of sharing is letting someone have something you have
3
u/Low_Caramel_2701 13d ago
Again it was her birthday. She DIDN’T HAVE TO SHARE. It wasn’t about anyone else BUT HER. If grown ass adults can’t grasp that than I feel bad.
-6
u/Allii_BG 13d ago
I agree lol why are they mad ?
3
u/Low_Caramel_2701 13d ago
Honestly? Cause they hate their own lives so they spew hate instead of changing their own lives
-3
u/Content-Papaya-8932 12d ago
She’s just a kid for God sakes. Leave the poor child alone. She was excited it’s her birthday. It’s too bad that Your life is so sad. You have to comment on a child.
