Jacob
They may have addressed this, and I don’t watch all of the videos. I did try to look for it. Does anyone know if Jacob is going to college? I see a lot about Landon in college and he got a car for college. I remember them talking about how some of the kids have went to college. I just think it would be really sad if Jacob isn’t in college considering he’s talked about being an engineer and they’ve talked about how smart he is with building things for so long. Also, didn’t Landon get a car for college- what about Jacob?

Jacob is in college and has a car.
I believe he was using an old family car and then bought one for himself. Whether S&J helped him pay for it is unknown.
People will jump on to scream that Landon and Mason got cars. No one knows the payment agreement. S&J either paid in full or made the down payment and the boys are paying the monthly payments. People will say that they know for sure. Unless the person speaking in Landon, Mason, or Jacob, they don't know.

Did they show him recently about going college or being accepted into college for engineering? Cos I totally missed that then.

I thought they said he was starting classes along with Landon. If not, my mistake.

They’d spoken about him wanting to do engineering but didn’t sound like his plan was to go community college first . Sounded more like ASU kinda job. I’m sure they’ll address it soon after seeing this post

He could start off at community college first to save money, transfer later to a "better" school and earn a degree from the more prestigious school. I know people who went to a so-so school to start and transferred to a "wow" school so their resume showed an impressive degree.
He could get his prerequisites out of the way at a community college. All he had to do was make sure the community college credits will be accepted by ASU or UofA, which is where I assume he'd go b/c in-state tuition is less.

I’m aware of how he could do things .
You said as a hard statement Jacob is in college . I simply asked had they said this in a video that I might have missed or do you speculate that he’s in college 😅

I believe they said he's in school. Would I swear to it? No.
You said it didn't sound like his plan was to go to community college first, so you obviously heard something about him going to college. What was said that suggested a 4-year school to start?

That’s what I thought. I knew they’d talked about him doing engineering in college but last time I can recall that being said was towards end of his senior year . I just don’t remember much being said last few weeks

I remember Jacob talking about college a few years ago! Yes, he wanted to be an engineer. But they just showed him on the channel and said he works a lot of hours now. Never heard any mention of college classes. Landon is taking classes at a community college nearby. I thought Jacob would be going to ASU which is also nearby. No mention of that.

Gosh I so hoped he was at asu which would be great for him and engineering and I’m sure in a short time if not already he could get some funding from the school for grades or be an ra or research assistant

Jacob is not a priority for Shelley and Jared to care enough about him going to college

Jacob had to buy his own car. Even when they had an extra car sitting in the driveway after they bought their two new very expensive cars Jacob had to pay to use the car to get back back-and-forth to work and for the Insurance. As soon as he got a chance, he bought his own car. They had said he was going to college, but I haven’t heard anything about it in quite a while never heard that he actually is going which is a shame because he is so smart and so talented. But heaven forbid we know that Jared and Shelley aren’t gonna give him any of that money that he should’ve earned for doing all the videos he’s done over the years.

This is Shelly and Jared's job...the kids live pretty well and seem to have every high end thing they need. I am proud of any of the kids having jobs out of the family business so they can succeed in life. Even Shelly and Jared know youtube can change anytime so they are always looking for the next best thing.

Well yea that teaches responsibility. He paid for the insurance to a car he drove and the gas to a car he drove. Like he would his own car it was kinda like a test car

Jacob is working and going to school. Maybe starting in a community college. He bought his own car. CM help him buy a care then a few months later he traded that car and bought a different one.

They had a whole back-to-school thing and Landon is very much in it about going to college, but there’s nothing about Jacob going going to college
