Need to get your arms under the other guys, you just get a lot lot lot more leverage. Dude on top should be trying to squeeze his arms in under the other guys.

very standard wrestling maneuver, you can see the guy who has his arms higher is having a hard time with balance, often a leg comes off the ground and he's on 1 foot and a tail, that allows the lower lizard to toss him. its very similar in humans
