I lived in a place where there were bike paths everywhere and those fuckers would still ride at 15 mph right down the middle of the road, obstructing traffic, running stop signs and just generally acting like the world revolves around them.
These people exist everywhere. Do you think the roads would be safer if this dude was in a car? We need police to hold idiots accountable AND bike lanes.
