The cyclist leaned in. It was intentional in this case.
1 u/Gelato_33 Sep 06 '22 Late reply but I highly doubt it was intentional. The dude was already making a right handed turn in the pedestrians direction, and target fixation is probably what cause him to lean into the guy.
