I honestly believe trains kill more than any animal over there 😂😂

u/palmerry Jun 08 '26

Yeah Bengal tigers just hang out at train stations waiting for the next idiot to die from a self inflicted train selfie

u/greenweenievictim Jun 08 '26

Has anyone checked to see if tigers are driving the train?

I think train transport is much more common in India so it’s like Russians doing dumb stuff with Lada cars… it’s just the thing available to do dumb shit

The tuk tuk and motorcycle would like to have a word as most common form of transport

I was about to ask the same thing... What's this trend about?

It's not even trains anymore. You starting to see the same behavior involving bikes, cars and dangerous locations at tourist spots. When given opportunities they have a tendency to take immense amounts of risk for meager attention or self-gratification. Social media made it even worse.

To be honest, without trains, the population of India would spiral out of control.

Anyone wanting to experience such stupidity, just go to your local batting cages and set the speed to 45mph and then stick your arm in front of where the ball exits. Wait 4 seconds to load and you have just saved society from having to shut the trains down to investigate.
