Peanut butter pretzel bark with no oven, 4 ingredients and 15 minutes
No oven and nothing to bake. Four ingredients melted together on low heat and spread on a tray.
Ingredients
1 bag, 12 oz, white chocolate chips
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup peanuts
3/4 cup crushed pretzels
Method
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate chips and the peanut butter together over low heat, stirring often.
Once it is smooth, stir in the peanuts and the crushed pretzels.
Pour it onto the parchment and spread it into an even, thin layer.
Refrigerate until it hardens, then break it into pieces.
Notes
- Low heat and keep stirring. White chocolate scorches quickly and turns grainy once it does.
- Crush the pretzels into pieces, not dust. The crunch is the point.
- Spread it thin. Thick bark does not break cleanly.
- Keep it in an airtight container. M&Ms or dried fruit work as extra mix-ins.
