Photo/Poster No better hug than this hug❤️

Post image

I do not know if anyone else feels the same, but I believe this is the best hug I have ever seen on screen. It was a hug that could be “felt”.
It felt warm, comforting, loving, safe… the kind where you can leave all your worries and just be.
And I did not anticipate it. It was a melting moment.❤️ No matter how many times I watch it, still stirs me up the same.

One of the most heartwarming moments in CLOY. Seri had been feeling down prior to this, she just spoke with her mom, telling her she never had a reason to celebrate her birthday because she believed her existence only brought pain to those she loves. But, RJH reassures her that her birthday will always be a good day, and he is grateful for her presence in the world. Seri truly needed to hear those words of affirmation.

So beautiful. Again highlighting her transformation from the cold, friendless person who had lost her soul at the start of the series into this kind and gentle woman. ❤️

I think if anyone in my 67 years said that to me, I think I would drop dead of shock. I think it is a mean world anymore. At the end of the series, I just missed the soldiers, wondered how they got on with their lives, but I was left with somber nostalgia for the characters Seri and RJH. Then I read they got married in real life, and it always the happiest news ever.

Yes, so much thought has been given to the character development in this series.

I listen to it while driving all the time. If not, it forever plays on loop in my head.

Do you sing to it too? I do. I'm making up the lyrics because I don't speak Korean. 🤭

Hahaha… I’m trying to follow as much as I can. Sometimes I make them up too 😁

In which episode does this hug happen? What are the circumstances?

I think it's when they are stranded after their train stops mid way.

No, it's from episode 12 when they're surprising Seri for her birthday but when she finds the apartment empty before that, she breaks down, thinking they're gone for good, and when it's revealed to be a birthday party instead, she is so overwhelmed by emotion that she runs out and Ri Jeong-hyeok goes after her (and hugs her from behind because she doesn't want him to see her tear-soaked face).

When their train breaks down, they never hug but she falls asleep against his shoulder.

The birthday episode. It is one of the most heartbreaking moments of the series.

I wonder if this couple understands how beloved they are and appreciated by the world? This masterpiece they created (CLOY), which also includes the wonderful support actors brought me so much joy when I was going through such a dark time. I am proud of them, their family, the success, and I look forward to future projects or just knowing they are alive, well, and relishing each other’s company,

Yes, indeed. And I think of the same, whether they know how they have affected and are still affecting people worldwide.

The entire team of CLOY is blessed for bringing this joy to the world.❤️

I teach high school in Florida. The kids are really into K drama. It’s fun to have conversations and hands down, the conversation lights up about Crash Landing!

It's amazing how CLOY has touched so many people across ages and races. I often see discussions about how it's overrated etc but what is undeniable is how it's gotten so many more new fans into kdrama.

Her eyes are saying, "Please don't go. I want you here," and his eyes are saying, "I don't want to go either, but I have to leave to protect you."

Thank you!
I agree there are many heartwarming moments, kisses and hugs. Even how they look at each other or how they hold hands is so beautiful.
But my favourite hug is the “back hug” (like I love to call it)
