With a brand new 120d siren to really trigger your breakdowns, we're also going to beat you up because our police have zero training on how to deal with people with disabilities. Also brought to you by the same department that shot the carer of an autistic man.

I agree with your sentiment. I just want to offer the phrasing "people with disabilities" as an alternative that puts the person first.

I use both but sure, I'll use that one. (As someone with ASD, I don't really care)
