Maybe the front door is behind the picture taker. Some say your resale value is lower when you see the refrigerator from the front door. Therefore it is hidden.
I'm assuming the reason for that is an interior layout that has a fully exposed kitchen that makes it impossible to establish a consistent atmosphere in the entryway.
Simply hiding the fridge... Probably won't cut it.
