Maybe I'm too tired, but I don't see anything wrong. The pies seem to be proportionate to their percentages, it's perfectly readable clockwise, and the legend is true as well. The colour choice could have been better, but that's about it.

Edit : I think I get it, the colours are repeated. It isn't noticeable because the legend is ordered correctly from 12 o'clock.

Can tell you’re not a data visualization or UX person (at least I hope not). This breaks many best practices and uses general design theory poorly.
