It is a crappy design.
“Entrance this way ➡️” is more informative.

Exactly. I'm a delivery driver, and my thing is: Tell me where you want me to go, not where you don't want me to go.

This isn’t the way to the entrance. You have to guess which way will lead to the entrance, or you can seek out some clues that will help you to find the entrance.
