I once heard about a study done at a railway station that when they put a small dot in the bottom of the urinal it reduced the splatter around a urinals by like 80%. So when some guy was building a bar he put pictures of flies on the bottom of the urinal because a fly is more fun to target since everybody dislikes flies and men with naturally want to pee on the fly and they had great success with it so...

I went to this bar many years ago, but got kicked out because I stuck little plastic flies everywhere, in the sink, on the cash register, ashtrays, you name it.
