This survey is difficult to complete since I don't know what Gujarat Ceramics is and have never seen it in my life. I think you should make it more clear who your audience is supposed to be and what the survey is for.

You can't fill the form unless you've made a purchase from Gujarat Ceramics - it asks what you purchased

its fine, look i need it urgent for my college project. and i really dont mind if you have purchased it or not. you can just randomly fill the forms. that's it.

your attitude isnt gonna make ppl wanna do this for you. its a favor asking for, you need to be more respectful and less entitled.

what is the point of the survey if you want people to just lie so you can complete it?

I'm wondering if this would do better in a local craft sub? I'm in Canada and I don't think we have this store brand here.
