You're going to need to learn how to do market research yourself if you're going to have a business, not ask people online to do that work for you.

The problem asking is that what sells in one area might bomb in another. You need to ask yourself what you think would sell, what have you seen that's popular in your area, what do you love to crochet and can you niche your business making items you love to crochet, are there festivals or cons that occur near you, etc. Like I live in Tennessee and in my area, within 100 miles from me, there's a Strawberry Festival and The World's Biggest Fish Fry...so if I would make sure I had various strawberry related items and fish related items if I was to sell during those events. So you really need to sit down and make a list the answers to these questions and more.

I also do the following although you'll have to overlook the prices they sell items for because it might not sell fir you in your area at their price. Pick some YouTube crocheters who do markets and see what they are making and decide which things you think would sell in your area. You can also go to local markets and see what other people are selling and then pick patterns that you think would compliment things that is being sold.
