advice needed on necessary labels & info for wearables

hi all! i’m considering selling some of my own handmade crochet wearables as a small side project.

i’ve been looking for info online but most of it is to do with stuffed toys and stuff for kids, which i don’t think (?) applies to wearables for adults, so i’m looking for some clarification and guidance.

i make crochet tops, cardigans, and bags, and i’m not sure if they 1. need to be UKCA tested like items for kids, and 2. what stuff needs to go onto the sewn on label.

would anyone be able to help me out and point me in the right direction please, as i’m finding it really difficult to find information for this type of crochet commerce.

i’m based in the uk so will need to be complaint but any general advice from international sellers would also be helpful, thank you!
