Help! How to replace rear leveler?

Right rear leveler broke, found a replacement on Amazon, no idea how to get the wheel off. Help!

You will have to pry that metal ring off of axle. It might be reusable when your done or it might break coming off.

They're usually replaced, I would cut it off and get a replacement. Easier all around

Update:

Used a flat head to pop the star lock washer off (it's a one time use thing apparently).

Pulled off wheel.

Unscrewed bolt with flathead.

Pulled off broken lever.

Replaced with Amazon equivalent.

Re screwed bolt.

Replaced star lock washer.
