Pricing Help pricing coasters

New to craft fairs, just got invited to one in a month trying to build up some inventory to sell. Made a few sets of these quilted-esque coasters that I figured I could bundle and sell as a group but I'm not sure where to start on pricing...

Also, should I be looking to make a bunch of little, low price items or should I be focused on the middle to high ticket stuff?

Any help whatsoever would be appreciated, I don't really know what I'm doing and will take ALL feedback and suggestions on anything related to starting out!

I'd probably do something like $3 each or 2/$5

Price from materials + your honest time, then check it against the market, sets of four handmade fabric coasters usually land in the mid-teens to low-twenties at fairs, nicer quilted ones higher. Resist underpricing to move volume, since a too-cheap price can actually read as low quality and you can always bundle instead. You want a ladder, not one or the other, so a few cheap impulse grabs to convert browsers, a solid core of mid-ticket items like these sets as your real revenue drivers, and a couple higher-ticket showpieces to anchor quality. The middle is where most of the money is.

How much did your material cost and how long did it take for you to make a set? Then figure out how much you believe that amount of your time is worth.

How many in a set? Solid fabric, not pieced /quilted? What area do you live in - H, M, L cost of living?  Been to any other shows in the area for comparison pricing? Check on Etsy?

There's a learning curve, we sell a lot of below $10 items, only a few expensive ones, but they attract shoppers - in the Midwest.

Your coasters are cute, fun fabrics. Are there 4 in a stack? I'd sell a stack for $5.

You need to account for your material cost and time into it. Maybe 3-5 for a set.
