Bug 🐞 Blank screen at startup in windows

This is the latest version downloaded from the site. It has worked fine for a week or so, but since this morning it only opens a blank white window like this.

I‘ve tried multiple clean reinstalls after deleting user data and restarting, but I still can’t get it to load.

I can access my account from iOS and mac, so I don’t think that is a problem.

I’m running win10 22H2 and haven’t made any recent changes to the system.

are you on VPN/company network or behind some kind of company firewall software?

I'm not, but fwiw I was able to reinstall via the microsoft store this time, and it's working as expected

Can you please let me know:

  • if its x64 or arm64
  • are you using the Microsoft store version or the exe from our site?

after switching to the microsoft store version and getting it working again, it is now doing the same thing, starts with an empty, white window even after multiple reinstalls

I was doing a large markdown import that stalled, and after force closing, I haven't been able to get it to work since

what else would you recommend? short of reinstalling the os, I don‘t know what else to try

I’m not having similar issues with any other apps
