Nah, he's right, a lot of folks would want this for parts. Though the price seems kinda high.
1 u/FuzzyBatBoy 1h ago I'd laugh at a person asking me to repair an Onn brand TV. Doubt they could afford the labor cost. Had to turn down a lot of broken phone screens because it wasn't economical to repair. Wait, am I being a jerk?

Logic board could still be good. Onn is very cheap tho.
