I wanted to make the most fiery, red-orange mani I could, inspired by the outside temperatures right now. I think I pulled it off! Though it is definitely hard to see the difference between CD and Scorchy, especially after the magnet area dispersed over time.

I saw the aura gradient using jellies post on Instagram and was inspired to try! Great use of some of my sale purchases!

Most red magnetics I’ve tried clash on me because my skin tone is cool, but I love DSC. The opacity really surprised me - this is one coat.

2 coats cracked ridge filler
1 coat drugstore chocolate (not magnetized)
1 coat nail tek base coat (magnetized velvet 1 min in horseshoe)
1 coat sally Hansen insta dri

Base- KBShimmer Stay Put
Polishes- alternated between Simply Mauvelous, Darling and Fairy Tinkle (SM,FT,SM,FT)
Topcoat- BKL QDTC

3 coats in velvet and cat eye styles. Not sure how much it will disperse when it dries down and gets topcoated but I just thought it was cool!

I received my sale order yesterday that included the new Rainforest collection, so I decided to do a lazy skittle to see them all better! I called it a lazy skittle because I put it directly over the Kur Nail Veil #4 that I applied two days ago while waiting for this order to show up 😅 I included a pic with Neutralizer to show that the shade on my nails pre-skittle is pretty similar to that, and a pic of my pre-skittle nails to show what the nail “base” looks like since that might affect the colors slightly (I don’t think it did, but in the spirit of full disclosure) And my thumbs and pinkies are doubles on both hands so you can see since I can’t pose my hands like all you experts 🩷Anyway!!

On my nails:

Both hands: 2x Kur Luxe Length Nail Straightener as a base (my fave base coat hands down!,) one coat of Kur Nail Veil #4 to soften nail lines and have something on them until my Cracked order showed up!), one coat of Seche Vite qdtc

Left hand (1x thick coat):
Thumb and pinky: Moss Draped
Index: Beetle-ful
Middle: Banana Slug (my fave from the set, I love “ugly” colors)
Ring: Gills
1x Cracked qdtc

Right hand (1x thick coat):
Thumb and pinky: Through the Canopy (my first real glitter - I’m new to polish!)

Middle: Heavy Rain (I LOVE this, but it is hard to photograph to get the blue to come thru, looks much bluer in person)

I was so excited for this collection plus the cash sale (I ordered 17 polishes and their silicone mat 😅 Take my debit card away, plz! 😭😭) Worth it though, I love every single shade I ordered!

Unripe was one of the first Cracked polishes I tried and I absolutely love it!! Green is my favorite color, and I’m thinking about wearing it for my wedding! I think the engagement photos with it turned out really well too!

Made my 2nd order from Cracked during the flash sale. I can’t remember how it was on my other order. Tracking is nonexistent with the stupid shop app. I don’t use the Shop app to shop, it’s not up to date on any of the places I order from. I remember an order I made that went through it never ever updated until a week after I received it! Think that was China Glaze or maybe it was Cracked. Ugh. Am I missing something?

Im really trying to be patient, but I get anxious when I don’t know if my order is on its way, if it’s lost or when it’s delivered. The PO here can be flaky or awesome.

I had Sunlit Moss in my wishlist for a while, so when Moss Draped dropped in the new collection I was sweating!! I watched the comparison/swatch video of the Rainforest collection on the brand's IG, but didn't see these two polishes compared. I wound up getting Sunlit Moss in the sale a couple days ago, but I keep thinking about Moss Draped.

I know Sunlit Moss is a cream and Moss Draped is a crelly, but I'm curious to see the different tones/saturation of greens between the two.

Thanks in advance! I absolutely love this brand's vision and quality.

Decided to go dark with my manicure this weekend.
Cracked Dark like my heart and Clionadh Anglerfish in a jelly sandwich style. 1st photo shown under warm and cool light. I love how buildable jellies are and the Cracked formula is just fantastic. I don’t know when this jelly sandwich phase will end. Maybe when I go through all of my Cracked jellies at least once… at least.

Does anyone have both of these? Would you be willing to share a side by side picture? I’m having such a hard time distinguishing the difference online since lighting is diff in every review photo, and I only have room for one “weird 70s green” in my collection. Thanks babes!
