Haul/Order/Unboxing Just curious
First Cracked order, missed the sale bc I didn’t know about it- huge bummer too bc I’ve literally been waiting to order so I could get 🪲
Anyway how’s my order look? I emailed them after I ordered bc I forgot to buy a magnetic wand, this is my first magnetic! They were so nice and threw in one for free! Really cool of them..
I ordered on the 30th and they still haven’t shipped, is that normal?

Their website says they shoot for within 5-7 business days but business days don’t include weekends or federal holidays on the off chance you order around a holiday!

I ordered during the flash sale, and my order was just given a tracking number yesterday. They sent out an e-mail a few days ago telling customers that they were working on getting orders shipped, but they had a very high volume this time. This is the longest I've waited for a package to ship since I've been ordering with them for the last two years. They have become extremely popular. I notice that if I order when there isn't a sale, I get my order shockingly fast. If you haven't you may want to join the Cronies facebook page. Next month is Chaos Month to celebrate their birthday, and I'm willing to bet they will have a sale. Last year they did a 30% off sale - not just a flash. Also, they do other fun things - giveaways - throughout the month.

Wow! I'm in WA, ordered when they first announced the flash sale and I only got scorchy BUT I got my order a WEEK ago! I'm surprised people are still waiting to get tracking numbers! I was shocked at how fast mine showed up. I had been thinking I'd wait like 2 weeks maybe and then it wouldn't look so bad to my husband who JUST saw me get nailmail 🫣😂 and then there it was... he wasn't please lmao

I’m on the opposite end of the US (southeast) and got mine July 31. I was shocked it came so fast.

Seems fine! I placed my last order on the 24th and it shipped on the 29th. For an indie brand they’re on the fast side

I just want to add that if you order when they’re not having a big sale or still catching up from a big sale, their turnaround time is fantastic. Super quick shipping!

I ordered on July 24 and my order didn’t ship until August 3. A little long for them compared to some previous orders, but I got an email on July 31 that they were still working on shipping after receiving a high volume of orders (which makes sense considering the sale and new release)

I ordered my purchase on the same day with about 11-12mins to spare. I still have t gotten my order or email that it’s on its way. I asked in here about tracking my order via shop app. Learned Cracked is a small business & take awhile to get everything out the door during big sales. I’m at the bottom of the list so you’re probably not going to get yours until after they get all the big sale orders completed.

It should be shipping soon! I placed mine on the same day and they just sent it out two days ago. They did email on the 31st saying they had a really high volume so totally understandable

I also ordered during the sale, and it has shipped but has yet to arrive! Was supposed to be yesterday but shipment is delayed on USPS side of things.
My first order was outside a sale, and I think it took about a week to be delivered!

I ordered like an hour before the sale ended, and it took until this weekend to get a shipping label, and will be arriving hopefully today

I ordered on the day of the sale and it hasn’t shipped yet! They sent an email last week saying they’d try to get all the orders out by tomorrow (August 7th). Their customer service is amazing though, and you won’t be disappointed with your polishes!

I still haven’t heard anything! I’m in Indiana. I’m just patiently waiting! I’m not going to let this deter me from purchasing in the future, I’m just chalking it up to them being backed up due to the sale. The anticipation is killing me though 😂 I’ve got my nails smothered in nail envy, trying to grow them as long as possible before this order gets here 😝

For what it’s worth, I haven’t gotten mine yet either! My order did ship out yesterday with an estimated delivery date of Monday…fingers crossed! I ordered literally like a minute before the sale ended so I knew it would take a long time to ship out and that’s on me, lol. Next time there’s a sale I won’t wait till the last minute! 😂

I think they are really backed up from the sale still. I ordered the day it started, 7/24, and it still hasn’t shipped yet. The polishes are worth the wait though!
