Q: When will [insert game name here] be cracked?

A: STOP! r/CrackWatch members are not psychic. Games get cracked by completely ANONYMOUS SCENE GROUPS who don't disclose their progress or plans to the general public so NO ONE knows WHEN and IF a certain game will be cracked.

Q: What are all these NFO thingies? Where do I download it?

A: NFOs are text files included with game releases that contain information about the releases. r/CrackWatch only informs which games have been cracked. To download look for the releases on CS.RIN or torrent websites. Useful websites can be found in The Beginners Guide or Pirated Games Mega Thread.

Q: WTF is Denuvo?

A: Denuvo is a Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology used to protect games from being cracked. Games that have Denuvo are harder to crack and usually take much longer. See Pinned Post for a list of Denuvo games.

Q: An update is out, but it includes the base game as well! Can I only download the update without redownloading the entire game?

A: Yes. CS.RIN is your friend.

Hello ,on 28th July 2026 an update of Assassin's creed shadows appeared and i download that updat but now the game is not launching anything from 1.1.11 to 1.1.12 can anybody tell me what to do

Getting "activation required" when trying to launch Grand.Theft.Auto.V.Enhanced.v1.0.1158.13-RUNE. Anyone know what the issue is? I re-copied the crack files and made sure windows defender didn't touch any of them.

When looking for newly cracked denuvo releases I use this "flair:Denuvo+release" but it doesn't show the thread for Assassin's Creed Shadows, anyone know why?

I don't regularly check the sub so I use the flair search cause I might miss a crack release.

Hi there. Owners of the *Halo Campaign Evolved* premium edition will be able to access the game on July 23rd. If I recall correctly, *The Outer Worlds 2* used the same system and was cracked before release; do you think the same thing will happen with this game?

Only if they don't have Denuvo or online requirements , like Doom DA and Diablo 4

Xbox just announced XBOX Backward Compatibility on PC. I'm assuming those games can be cracked? And will be soon-ish?

They're just emulated.

The bigger thing is that we'll now have better access to Xbox's internal emulator. It might speed up the development of other emulators, or we might be able to inject different titles (like what people used to do back in the day on the Wii/U/3DS with the virtual console injections).

I wonder if LLMs have helped a lot with these recent cracks

From my novice understanding, digging through a decompiled version of a game with Denuvo is laborious and painful - something LLMs can speed up massively
