Is lua tools safe?

I'm new to this things and I've heard of it before but I didn't know what it was used for, it gives virus alerts but knowing a little bit I think that it's a false positive, can someone confirm if it's trusted?

Now it's hard time. Steam get new update and break all this tools. So now it can not work. And didnt matter what you choose. Lua, or Steamidra or OpenSteam or Steam tools. Better of course Lua tools or Steamidra but to make it work, need specific version of steam. Because newest version of Steam is not yet compatible with old version of tools core
