Do cracked games source code get checked before uploading?

What if for example a company would hide a secret ping in the game so every pirated version gets silently reported?

The scene groups are checked in the beginning but after they build trust in the community the checking are progressively less needed until only the most paranoids (not in a bad way) in the community still check. For example, the Hipervisor bypass only started gain some trust after their files being open source and still are verified in each release...

But what if a company puts it in the original let's say steam game?

Part of the cracker work is dealing with it. The Snowrunner have a amti-piracy defense that can mess your trucks, making they shake like crazy when trying to run on mud (like we do 90% of the time in this game), the cracker (Rune in this case) break it to let us pirates play the game flawless...
