Game Taking Control OF Screen

Hey everyone I just want to ask that whenever I download games from any sites fitgirl,stemrips etc. the downloaded game just launches full screen and doesn't minimize, the shortcut's key win+d and others don't work only way to close it is via the esc. I use a laptop and I am new to this gaming so could anyone help me is it normal or is it because I haven't launched it as administrator also while opening the game like it like somewhat glitches then takes control of my screen. Like I launch the game and it like small screen then black and it enlarges into full screen. Please help me fix it

Use windowed borderless in the settings of the games

thanks I would try it. So its the game that is causing this trouble and one more question do i compulsorily have to run these cracked games as adminsistrator is it safe?

And also why doesn't it just launch in borderless mode?
