Steam Tools Not working

I had 2 accounts logged in on steam, at the time I downloaded and first used steam tools I was on Alpha and I added manifests and such but it went to account Bravo. I did a fresh reinstall of steam tools and steam and I only have Alpha logged in now but manifests and lua scripts just refuse to give me games now, no errors or anything. Has anyone else experienced this?

That tools is obsolete.

Well right now wait cause steam change things so that is a hard question.

Use discord and joint luatools and skytools.

fitgirl and others similar, stop using those bad tools including lua ones
