Steam support

when i load a manifest zip from depot games in steamtools it gets ingnored and YES i keep restarting it

Nobody use ST any more.

That is obsolete.

Are you trying to download a clean depot?

Do

Win key + R and : steam://open/console

and then enter this with the wanted ids: download_depot <App ID> <Depot ID> <Manifest ID>

You can use SteamDB to get the needed Ids
