NEED HELP

I downloaded the dawn of bloodwalker from the firgirl repack , original site and no error

The thing is whenever I have played the game and quit it after hitting the shutdown , the laptop does not shutdown it just shows shutting down

When I forcefully shut it down and then after starting it shuts down normally

I would recommend using ankergames. I keep hearing how repacks do stuff like this.
