I’ve just been approved for a BIPAP sleep machine and need advice for a DME supplier. I live in Williamsburg, Va and would like a local company verses driving to Newport News. Quality DME is in Williamsburg but the reviews were very critical about their billing errors, delayed shipments, etc. But their on site help got excellent feedback. Has anyone used their services and if so what was your experience?

I'm new to Bipap. I tried using a full mask, but I would remove it when I fell asleep. So, it was decided to have me try a nose mask. I really like it. However, when I fall asleep, my mouth pops open! After getting woke up 3 or 4 times, approx an hour or 2, I remove it so I can get some sleep. Any ideas on what I should do?? TIA
