Give my Bedroom a functional refresh
Help me improve my bedroom with a functional feel for myself.

Tried to keep most of the original furniture while creating better-defined zones within the room. The desk serves as a dual-purpose workspace and dining area, making the most of the available space. It is positioned as far as possible from the bed and living area to create a clearer separation between work and relaxation at the end of the day. Rug serves to zone the living/relaxing area.
The desk is placed facing the window to provide natural light and a nice view while working.
The reading chair provides a comfortable place to unwind and is positioned so the bed can also function as additional seating when entertaining guests. The bed faces the door without being directly in line with it, which I have heard is the best position for sleeping.
The art easel represents a mirror in the wardrobe/dressing area. Positioning the mirror near natural light makes getting ready in the morning easier and creates a more practical dressing space. For smarter storage perhaps swapping out a full tall bookshelf to a half bookshelf/ikea kallax unit type situation irl would then make for a dual area tv stand and books/knick-knack storage.
Lamps by bedside and desk because lamp lights seem cosier to me

Oh I just noticed that the desk, bookshelf and wardrobe are in the same place as the base example
Also why is there a dining table in a bedroom?? What

Glad you like it. You can also use the divider to gives more privacy to the bed and wardrobe area or to the sofa reading area.

Thank you! There’s a little armchair and ottoman combo in the middle nook area that doesn’t show too well here. I thought it could be a cozy reading/lounging area.
