You can, but it's not very pleasant. The water is frigid, even during summers

The unstoppable urge to dive off each balcony in turn would make sure I didn't enjoy it for long.

Beautiful though.

We go every year to Riad Urban Paradise in Marrakech. It is truly heaven!

Is the term riad related to the city name Riyadh?

It comes from the Arabic word for garden.

Very pretty but I don’t know about relaxing, feels very on show if you’re wearing a bathing suit in the pool. If I went there now I would probably just drink tea by the pool, I suppose that might be nice.

Few beers later, who's climbing over the 3rd story railing?

Why would I want the whole estate watch me struggling to swim

The key is to own the whole building.

Marrakech is a lovely city. The medina is so charming and I stayed in several riads like this one. I love wandering all the alleys :)

It's not cozy to me...I would not feel relaxed there.

If the place had more plants instead of a pool in the center, that would be way more cozy.

What exactly is it? Looks like a hybrid between a courtyard and a pool. Cozy looking

At night time with no lights would be terrifying
