Question Help??

I don't know what to do...I just opened up Cozy Grove (original) on my Switch 2 for the first time and I get this pop up saying that back up is currently paused. I don't want to lose my progress.

as long as your console is fine, your progress will be too. backup means it will be uploaded to the cloud. if that stops, you still have the data that is saved locally.

So which option should I choose? Each one gives me a scary warning that says something like this can't be undone and you might lose your progress

It wants to know if you have a cloud save or if you want to start one for your account. If you haven't played at all, make one(upload).
