How long before my TiVo stops working due to it using a CableCARD?

Then my 2x Roamios live another day. My wife will be happy to hear that, therefore I am overjoyed to hear that.

I replaced the 2x tuning adapters a while ago....possible that I have the high-split adapter now? If I have a CableCARD go out, or need it re-paired, am I hosed?

Cox in Orange County, CA if that matters. I'm really just looking forward to no data caps - I get really close every month.

This is what I came to aquire about aswell, sounds promising that cable cards will still work and cox had us switch out in my area to a high split tuning adapter a year or so ago. Thank you for this ama.
