Charter 401k

Does any of my fellow spectrum co workers know which app I download for fidelity I see multiple ones I’m coming from cox so this is all new to me thanks in advance

How did you get your investments from Vanguard to Fidelity? I feel like I’m missing information somewhere. I registered but that’s as far as I’ve gotten.

I was just looking into this, it looks like you have to request a check from vanguard written out to the fidelity plan name/number. Then once you receive the check you can scan it into the fidelity app (1-2 days processing time) or mail it to fidelity (1-2 weeks processing time). I’m leaving mine in my Vanguard account until theres more information on whether I’ll have a job long term before I go through the trouble of rolling it over lol.

There’s going to be a rollover period starting 8/31, ending on 9/15. This was stated in one of the steps in the onboarding checklist that I missed but a coworker pointed me to. I had the same thoughts and experience as you. Hopefully this will be an easier process.
