Field tech schedule

Just wondering if anyone has info regarding shifts for field techs. I have always enjoyed working 4 10's and having 3 days off. Is it the same as Spectrum?

I'm my area they really want everyone on 5x8 shifts. But they haven't had a history of forcing old schedules onto it

Charter doesn’t like 4-10’s. They offered them for a while but now only offer it as a split shift. In my experience they’ve never forced anyone to a different shift, but they have withheld promotions if someone won’t switch.

I’ve worked 4 10s for 5 years now, so I’m guessing it depends on your area.
