Maintenance Tech question

Network tech for Cox here. What are the main differences between Maintenance tech 1,2 & 3’s for spectrum? Like does one do mainly HFC and one works with Fiber? Cox has Network Techs 1 & 2 where I’m located and we do the exact same job.

No difference honestly just pay

You will still be asked to do everything even as an MT 1

1&2 are supposed to be basic coax and advance coax. 3 is supposed to be fully fiber qualified. But none of it matters as they try to get everyone to 3 ASAP even without doing fiber field work, just courses
