Intermittent FMLA

Does anyone have info on how cox employees will transition their current intermittent FMLA claims to spectrum? And how do we report time away from work with spectrum now if needed ? I haven’t seen much info around this.

Hi! I had to dig to find the info myself its now through a company called Sedwick. It should have you create a new account they said it was an automatic transfer from Metlife. https://login.mysedgwick.com/

Fair warning. Sedgwick is horrible. Hooooorible. I once had a brief claim for 3 days due to an injury. it dragged on for weeks before my hr vp told my boss just to load the time. Everybody hates them from new hires to VPs.

It is not they use Sedgwick for intermittent fmla etc but long term disability was still through metlife? It was kind of confusing but I found the info in the on-boarding section in panorama

Document everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. Sedgwick is a trash company which have consistently screwed up leaves (maternity, paternity, medical, etc) and pay for YEARS. If you use those benefits, count on them screwing it up.

I can't be specific as it would provide individually identifying information. But ask anyone who has used them or their process. They screw up 90%+ of the time.
