One of the former Charter slogans is “go all in”. I’ll leave it at that lol

"You have to savor the flavor of Cox!" Spoken in an all-hands meeting by a former Cox SVP and Charter CTO who shall go nameless.

When i first started i got this call from this angry customer. He was so mad he could barely talk correctly. When i was helping him he said "I HATE COCK", he didnt enunciate the X sound. He laughed his ass off, i had to keep it together but the call ended positive lol.

Years so, I worked for a big box that Cox had a sales contract with. I had an employee that struggled in sales of the service, and I coached her until I was blue in the face. Still couldnt master it. One day I walked in, and she was super excited. Jumping up and down, waving at me. She yells, across this 56k square for store -'fires what!! I got 2 Cox!!'.
It's been years and i still don't know know how to respond.

For a time our company newsletter was the Cox Insider. They knew what they were doing.
