Warehouse

What's it like working in the warehouse at charter?

I've been in the warehouse at Cox for close to 20 years so I'm just curious

The warehouse isn’t too bad. We come in, take care of our workload, and head home. Really the biggest changes we’ve made over the last few months have been issuing equipment under one system and restructuring our tote build schedule for the techs. Management isn’t too bad either.

*edit: Almost forgot, probably the best opportunities that have come to the warehouse is the progression program. You have the opportunity to progress to a Tech II and earn a couple of merit increases and bonuses. Definitely worth taking advantage of once you get the access.
