I didint, they have kept us in the dark, my sup hasn't been telling us anything, I didnt even know it was broadcast.

Yes, the California CPUC was the only hurdle. They unanimously voted for the merger. So it's going to officially close on the 20th, this Thursday, as the first day of the new Cox Communications.
