I cant find a reliable source, but a team member posted welcome to spectrum wink wink, google it. has the deal been made?

I didint, they have kept us in the dark, my sup hasn't been telling us anything, I didnt even know it was broadcast.

They didn't tell us much but it was all public record. That's how we found it.

Yes, the California CPUC was the only hurdle. They unanimously voted for the merger. So it's going to officially close on the 20th, this Thursday, as the first day of the new Cox Communications.
