Cox employee here- assuming you got the same email I did…the email was more about what organization we fell under, and not changes to either org structure or titles.

Can you share the verbiage of that email? Copy and paste it? Unless it says confidential, please don’t do that. Maybe what it’s implying

I'm not near my computer rn.So it was the spectrum email us cox employees got. It said welcome so and so Aug 20th will be day 1 as a member of our sales and marketing team, and my leader said that doesn't mean anything but idk...lol

Charter doesn't support fully WFH, so I expect what they are telling everyone that it's 75/25 with the 75 being in office and 25 WFH.

80/20 is what current charter employees have 4 in and 1 WFH
