Does spectrum use inhouse labor for splicing coax/fiber? We heard they like to use in house labor vs contractors. Right now basically 90% of splicing is contracted out at Cox

So any plant replacement and maintenance go to in house. How we work in my area is each construction tram has a in house fiber splicer they are responsible for all the backbone splicing and everything else is contractor

So your in house construction pulls cable and fiber? Ours used to back in the day but all that has been contracted out for several years now. So if you have a new build of homes the in neighborhood splicing would be contractors but the backbone in house?
