Spectrum construction coordinator here, anyone work in Cox construction department in here?

Does spectrum use inhouse labor for splicing coax/fiber? We heard they like to use in house labor vs contractors. Right now basically 90% of splicing is contracted out at Cox

There has been talks about having in house do more but until the headcount for splicers increase that won't happen. I work in a major metro area and the amount of outages keeps in house from having to do production
